- Virgin electrical "A" Grade Copper rods are used
in the
manufacturing of the wires. These offer excellent resistance
characteristics.
- Bunched copper strands endure batter PVC
retention properties.
- The PVC compound used in the manufacturing
process has an
operating temperature of 85oC - most other wires have an
operating temperature of 70oC.
- The PVC compound had good abrasion resistance.
This prevents
damage to the insulation during wiring especially when the wires passed
through conduits.
- All coils are manufactured using automatic
coiling machine online
with extruders. This endures accurate diameter control and high voltage
testing.
